This weekend will feature the highly anticipated match-up between two of the competition’s heavyweights, reigning Premiers South Melbourne FC and Heidelberg United.

Apart from the importance of gaining valuable competition points, the match between these two prominent Greek teams will take on important social and charitable significance, as the two teams battle for the 2007 Radiomarathon Cup - held by Heidelberg since 2003.

Radiomarathon is a charity that raises funds for children with special needs. Every year the match is an opportunity for the two Clubs to direct their passion and drive toward raising awareness for the important cause of helping to increase the quality of life experienced by these children. Radiomarathon volunteers will be at the game collecting donations.
